Phoebe Cope  is an Irish painter living in Scotland. She has exhibited  in the Royal Academy, Royal Hibernian Academy,  The Royal Scottish Academy the Royal Society of Portrait Painters, the Lynn Painters Stainers and the Ruth Borchard Show. Works are represented in the Office of Public works, The Bank of Ireland and numerous private collections in Ireland and the UK.
