Phoebe Cope is an Irish painter living in Scotland. She has exhibited  in the Royal Academy, Royal Hibernian Academy, Royal Scottish Academy Royal Society of Portrait Painters, Lynn Painters Stainers and the Ruth Borchard Show. Works are in the Office of Public works, The Bank of Ireland and private collections in Ireland, the UK and beyond.
